No 1 Perren St is the conversion of a former organ works into a spacious 6 bedroom house.

Our brief was to integrate the lighting as discreetly as possible in much of the space, with feature areas receiving specific lighting treatments designed by ourselves in conjunction with the architect.
The main living area contains a continuous light box window sill detail along the entire length of the main wall, up-lighting the timber ceiling.
The master suite contains a custom made grp bath illuminated from within, and a custom flush LED shower head saturates the bathroom with subtle colours.
